You will have 14 days from receiving your package to return your item(s) for store credit; no credit will be issued after 14 days. All socks/tights and Sale items are FINAL Sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. Any merchandise not returned in this condition will not be eligible for a return.
How to start a return:
To return an item from your order, please email which item(s) you would like to return and your order number to info@toadsandteacupsshop.com to begin your return. A return label will be provided within 24 hours, or the next business day. The cost of the return label is $5.95 and will be deducted from your store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, a code will be generated and emailed to you with your store credit. Our store credit codes expire 6 months from the issue date.

Most products are shipped from our store in Georgia via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed on holidays or outside of business hours will be processed the following business day.
